Care that is measured, documented and honest about its limits.

Every treatment program begins with a free consultation and a review of your medical records. Our medical team recommends a program based on what’s realistic for your case.

Travelling to Us

Regenerative care from abroad, planned before you land

We review your records remotely, outline the days needed in Bangkok, and prepare a written itinerary so you know exactly what to expect before you travel.

Coordination

We review your records remotely, outline the days needed in Bangkok, and prepare a written itinerary so you know exactly what to expect before you travel.

Arrival

Most patients stay near Ekkamai or Thonglor. The clinic is a five-minute walk from BTS Ekkamai, and your first visit is unhurried — mostly conversation and baseline checks.

Language

Our clinical team works in Thai and English. For other languages, we can arrange a medical translator for consultation and consent so nothing is left to guesswork.

Before You Write

The questions patients ask us first

Answered the way we would answer them in a consultation. Anything specific to your case belongs in a consultation, not on a webpage.

What do I need to send before anyone can advise me?

Recent bloodwork, any imaging relevant to the complaint, a current medication list and a short note on what changed and when. A clinician reads that before a single therapy is named — we do not quote from a symptom description alone.

What happens if you decide I am not a candidate?

You are told directly, given the reason in writing, and pointed toward the specialty that fits the problem better. The review costs nothing and we do not keep the case open in the hope you change your mind.

Can I stay under my own specialist at home?

Yes, and we prefer it. We work alongside your treating doctor rather than replacing them, and your discharge summary and follow-up numbers go back to them in a form they can act on.

How will I know whether anything actually changed?

Because the same measurements taken at baseline are repeated afterwards — range of motion, walking distance, the specific markers relevant to your case. Improvement is reported as numbers, not as a feeling.

Can I see the paperwork for the cells used on me?

On request you receive the certificate of analysis for your own batch: viability, sterility and endotoxin results for that exact preparation, not a generic laboratory statement.

I am travelling from outside Thailand. Can you help with logistics?

Yes. Once you send records, we can prepare a written itinerary, outline the time needed in Bangkok, and recommend a realistic schedule. We are five minutes from BTS Ekkamai, so most patients stay nearby in the Ekkamai or Thonglor area.

What should I expect on my first day at the clinic?

You will check in, meet the clinical team, and complete any remaining baseline checks that were not already done abroad. Most of the first visit is conversation and documentation, not treatment — and it is deliberately unhurried.

Is language support available?

Our clinical team communicates in Thai and English. For other languages, we can arrange a medical translator for consultation and consent discussions so nothing is misunderstood.
